WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Website Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Finenze LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Finenze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with https://finenze.com, related public webpages, and business inquiries submitted through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

This Policy does not govern future customer accounts, merchant onboarding portals, APIs, payment services, virtual accounts, wallets, custody, KYC/KYB processes, transaction services, or other Platform Services that may be offered under separate agreements and privacy notices. If those services launch, Finenze will update this Policy or provide additional notices before collecting materially different information.

2. Who We Are

Finenze is developing payment and digital asset infrastructure for businesses through approved third-party financial and technology providers. For personal information that Finenze collects directly through the Site, Finenze is the business or controller responsible for the processing described in this Policy. Certain third-party providers may process information on Finenze’s behalf or for their own lawful purposes under their own privacy notices.

3. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following limited categories of information through the current Site:

The current Site does not permit users to create accounts or profiles, upload identification or financial documents, connect wallets, hold balances, or initiate payment, exchange, conversion, settlement, custody, or transaction activity.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you submit the contact form or communicate with us. The contact form is processed by Formspree. Form submissions are stored on Formspree’s infrastructure, forwarded to david@finenze.com, and accessible through the connected Formspree account. Submissions are not automatically added to a customer relationship management system, mailing list, or other database.

Netlify, which hosts and delivers the Site, receives standard technical request information when serving webpages. Formspree may receive similar technical information when a form is submitted. Google Fonts may receive basic technical request information when the Inter typeface is loaded. Finenze does not currently use this information for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• •operate, host, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
• •receive, evaluate, and respond to contact and business inquiries;
• •communicate about potential products, services, provider relationships, or commercial opportunities;
• •maintain business, legal, security, and correspondence records;
• •detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
• •comply with law, legal process, court orders, regulatory requests, and enforceable obligations;
• •protect Finenze, its personnel, users, providers, and third parties; and
• •evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

We do not currently use Site information for automated decision-making, behavioral advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described above:

• •Netlify, for website hosting, content delivery, TLS, and related technical operations;
• •Formspree, for processing and storing contact-form submissions;
• •Google Workspace, for receiving and managing email communications;
• •Google Fonts, for loading the Inter typeface;
• •GoDaddy and other domain or DNS providers, where necessary to operate and route the Site;
• •attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, compliance advisors, and other professional advisors;
• •governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; and
• •potential or actual counterparties and advisors in connection with a merger, financing, investment, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar transaction.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Finenze does not control their independent data practices.

7. No Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising

Finenze does not currently sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for targeted advertising. The Site does not currently use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or marketing analytics.

If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before implementing the new practice.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The current Site does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, personalization cookies, or similar tracking technologies. Netlify Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring are not enabled. Because the Site does not currently use non-essential tracking technologies, no cookie-consent banner is presently displayed.

Standard server and network request data processed by Netlify, Formspree, or Google Fonts is not used by Finenze for behavioral advertising. If cookies or additional tracking tools are added later, we will update this Policy and implement any required consent or preference mechanism.

9. Retention

We retain contact submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate or maintain a business relationship, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether a relationship develops, applicable limitation periods, and legal or contractual requirements.

Formspree may retain form information while the relevant account is active or as otherwise necessary to provide its service and meet its legal obligations. Its retention practices are governed by its terms and policies. We may retain information longer when required by law, litigation hold, regulatory request, fraud prevention, or another legitimate need.

10. Security

The Site is hosted on Netlify and delivered using TLS. Finenze and its providers use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access limitations and secure transmission practices. No security measure is infallible, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed without authorization.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, government IDs, bank account credentials, payment card information, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

11. International Processing

Finenze is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers or their subprocessors operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws in your jurisdiction. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Visitors

If the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection laws apply, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; steps requested before entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in operating the Site, responding to inquiries, developing business relationships, maintaining security, and protecting legal rights; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to appeal certain decisions. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a privacy or data protection authority.

To submit a request, email privacy@finenze.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, residence, and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification with the individual. Rights may be limited by exceptions for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

14. California Notice at Collection

For California residents, the categories of personal information collected through the current Site may include identifiers, professional or business information voluntarily provided in an inquiry, communications content, and internet or other electronic network activity consisting of standard technical request information. We use and disclose those categories for the business purposes described in Sections 5 and 6.

We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics. We retain information using the criteria described in Section 9. If applicable law grants you rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, you may exercise those rights by contacting us as described below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the Site does not currently use behavioral advertising, sale, or sharing technologies, browser-based Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not change the Site’s current practices. If we later engage in activities for which applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will implement an appropriate process.

16. Children

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. This Policy does not govern third parties, and Finenze is not responsible for their privacy, security, or data-handling practices. Review the relevant third-party privacy notice before providing information.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
